If vessel goes in winter period in proforma d/a will added ice dues fee:

If vessel goes to berth which indicated after bridge proforma d/a will increase to about 500 $ (cost of pilotage service, additional tugs service).
All prices are calculated approximately and is for information only. The exact cost of call at Rostov / Azov port will be calculated after the proforma indicating the route, and for moment actual currency exchange.
